OH LA LA!! What a photo; creative, mystical, enticing! Latvia’s legendary herbal balsam now touched by purple twilight. While the original recipe was lost sometime during the chaos of WWII, it has since been carefully restored by a joint effort of former employees. An updated and deliciously different take on the original is the Black Balsam Currant variety. Natural black currant juice supplements this tasty elixir. To have a good time, does not always have to include alcoholic beverages. But when on the Trundle ‘Round Latvia tour and someone else is driving…well, let’s just say ‘Prosit’!!

Spritz Recipe
2 Parts Riga Black Balsam Currant
3 Parts Prosecco
1 Part Soda Water
Orange Slices
Fill a balloon glass with ice, pour Riga Black Balsam Currant, Prosecco and soda water. Add slices of orange.
